Created organizational infrastructure departments: Talent, Marketing, Location, Catering, and Volunteers.
Developed Festival social media presence through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
On Festival days, verified that each department was performing as expected and that the schedule was maintained.

Developed two texts ensuring that the titles made it to
market on schedule. Received Harcourt’s Front List Runner Award for completion
of these projects, demonstrating skills beyond expectation.
Prepared 40% of all texts submitted to development support
by placing art, working with art directors on cover design,
editing/proofreading and manipulating manuscripts to ensure that unnecessary
work would not be needed in the production/manufacturing stage.
