Rachel Pilcher holds Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Texas Wesleyan University and a Masters of Library Science from Texas Woman’s University. Rachel worked for several years in publishing, then transferred her energy to education, where she spent almost two decades as a high school English teacher, School Librarian, and now Academic Librarian. She is now putting her many years of knowledge from the publishing industry and librarianship to use as a writing coach, working with writers towards their goal of book completion and publication. Rachel has published essays, articles, short screenplays, poetry and fiction in various publications, as well as a short book for teachers, titled
Classroom Management for the Real World.
